Tuna Mornay: Bariatric Puree Diet Recipe

- Spray oil
- 1 brown onion finely chopped
- 1 large celery stalk trimmed and finely chopped
- 1/4c plain flour
- 2 cups low fat milk
- 2/3c grated low fat cheese
- 425g tuna in spring water drained and flaked
- Chopped parsley
Spray pan with oil and cook off onion and celery. Add flour and stir for 1 minute. Remove pan from heat and slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Return to heat and stir until sauce thickens. Remove from heat again and stir in tuna and cheese. Puree and serve top with chopped parsley.
