Julie Christie
Julie graduated from Newcastle University with a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition and Dietetics). She is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, an Accredited Nutritionist and a professional member of The Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA) and the Australian and New Zealand Metabolic Obesity Surgery Society (ANZMOSS). Julie has worked in a number of public hospitals, private hospitals and private practice settings across Newcastle for more than 20 years. During this time, she has been a generalist dietitian providing advice addressing a vast variety of health conditions and has been working within the specialty of bariatric surgery with clients in hospital and private practice for over 15 years.
Her experience and special interest in weight loss, coupled with her empathetic nature, are paramount to providing sound advice, understanding and continual support to clients in their pursuit of healthy outcomes.
